Pastor Randy Blan has been in ministry for thirty-five years, twenty-one of those as a former Senior Pastor of Families of Faith Ministries and sixteen as the former headmaster of Families of Faith Christian Academy.

Before being called into ministry, Pastor Randy was a successful entrepreneur who had established four companies by the time he was twenty-five years old. Pastor Randy has always been a visionary with the God-given ability to see beyond the obvious.

Ministry Highlights

Preached his first revival six months after giving his life to Jesus Christ

Casted vision for Families of Faith Ministries to be a flagship church serving Channahon and adjacent communities

Established Families of Faith Christian Academy in 2005, before leading the congregation in the acquisition of 26 acres of land in Channahon

Pastor Randy and his wife Karen planted 18 churches and as a strategist for the North American Mission Board (NAMB) helped plant over 1200 churches in the United States in 1999

Founded the GRACE Association in 2021 to address the severe loss of learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic
